一.电度表的主要工作原理是怎么样的呢?
1.电度表工作原理
当电度表接入电路时,电压线圈和电流线圈产生的磁通穿过圆盘,这些磁通在时间和空间上不同相,分别在圆盘上感应出涡流,由于磁通与涡流的相互作用而产生转动力矩使圆盘转动,因磁钢的制动作用,使圆盘的转速达到匀速运动,由于磁通与电路中的电压和电流成正比例,使圆盘在其作用下以正比于负载电流的转速运动,圆盘的转动经蜗杆传动到计度器,计度器的示数就是电路中实际所使用的电能。
2.电度表基本原理
电度表是利用电子电路/芯片来测量电能;用分压电阻或电压互感器将电压信号变成可用于电子测量的小信号,用分流器或电流互感器将电流信号变成可用于电子测量的小信号,利用专用的电能测量芯片将变换好的电压、电流信号进行模拟或数字乘法,并对电能进行累计,然后输出频率与电能成正比的脉冲信号;脉冲信号驱动步进马达带动机械计度器显示,或送微计算机处理后进行数码显示。
二.电度表使用要注意什么?
1、合理选择电度表：一是根据用电功率选择单相或三相电度表。对于三相电度表，应根据被测线路是三相三线制还是三相四线制来选择。二是额定电压、电流的选择，必须使负载电压、电流等于或小于其额定值。
2、安装电度表：电度表通常与配电装置安装在一起，而电度表应该安装在配电装置的下方，其中心距地面1.5~1.8米处;并列安装多只电度表时，两表间距不得小于200毫米;不同电价的用电线路应该分别装表;同一电价的用电线路应该合并装表;安装电度表时，必须使表身与地面垂直，否则会影响其准确度。
3、正确接线：要根据说明书的要求和接线图把进线和出线依次对号接在电度表的出线头上;接线时注意电源的相序关系，特别是无功电度表更要注意相序;接线完毕后，要反复查对无误后才能合闸使用。
