Overview:
Three-phase four-wire electronic prepaid energy meter is referred to as three-phase electric card meter, which is used to measure AC three-phase active energy with rated frequency of 50Hz and realize the management function of paying first and then using electricity. The product adopts advanced microelectronic technology for data acquisition, processing and storage. Its performance indicators conform to GB/T 18460.3, JB/T 8382-1996 and GB/T17215-1998 Standard. It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight and high reliability.
Operating Principle:
The three-phase four-wire electronic prepaid energy meter consists of five main functional blocks: one is the electric energy metering part; the second is the microprocessor control part; the third is the CPU card part; the fourth is the 485 communication part, and the fifth is the power supply circuit.
The electric energy metering part adopts a special large-scale integrated circuit chip, which can generate a pulse sequence indicating how much electricity is used and send it to the microprocessor for electric energy metering stored in the CPU card;
The microprocessor transmits information with the integrated circuit card (IC card) through the electrical card interface to realize various control functions;
485 communication part under the control of microprocessor to realize the setting of meter function parameters and reading and writing data in the meter;
The power supply adopts a three-phase power supply circuit, and the meter can still work normally in the absence of phase.
