单相电度表是电度表的一种，普遍接220V电能的设备。电度表主要结构是由电压线圈、电流线圈、转盘、转轴、制动磁铁、齿轮、计度器等组成。在我们居住家庭电路中都是采用单相电表接线，这个用电量的设备，单相电表具有能耗低、可靠性高等特点。了解单相电表的原理，更能够知道家庭电费是怎么算的。下面小编来介绍一下单相电度表的工作原理是怎么样的?安装注意事项有哪些?
一.单相电度表的工作原理是怎么样的?
当电度表接入被测电路后，被测电路电压U加在电压线圈上，在其铁芯中形成一个交变的磁通，这个磁通的一部分U由回磁极穿过铝盘到回到电压线圈的铁芯中;同理，被测电路电流I通过电流线圈后，也要在电流线圈的U形铁芯中形成一个交变磁通i，这个磁通由U形成铁芯的一端由下至上穿过铝盘，然后又由上至下穿过铝盘回到U形铁芯的另一端。
其中回磁板是由钢板冲制而成的，它的下端伸入铝盘下部，与隔着铝盘和电压部件的铁芯柱相对应，以便构成电压线圈工作磁通的回路。由于穿过铝盘的两个磁通是交流磁通，而且是在不同位置穿过铝盘，因此就在各自穿过铝盘的位置附近产生感应涡流，两个磁通与这些涡流的相互作用，便在铝盘上产生推动铝盘转动的转动力矩。
在实际应用中，应合理选用电能表的规格。如选用的电能表规格过大，而用电量过小，则会造成计度不准;选用规格过小时，会使电表过载，严重时有可能烧坏电能表。一般选用电能表时，额定电压为220V，1A电能表的最小负载功率为11W，最大负载功率为440W;2.5A单相电能表，最小使用负载功率为27.5W，最大可达1100W;5A单相电能表，最小使用负载功率为55W，最大可达2200W。
二.单相电表安装时应注意哪些：
1.检查表罩两个耳朵上所加封的铅印是否完整。电能表装好后，合上隔离开关，开灯检查。
2.电能表应安装在干燥、稳固的地方，避免阳光直射，忌湿、热、霉、烟、尘、砂及腐蚀性气体。位置要装得正，如有明显倾斜，容易造成计度不准、停走或空走等毛病。应安装得髙些，但又要便于抄表。
3.必须按接线图接线，同时注意拧紧螺钉和紧固一下接线盒内的小钩子。
4.电表接线提示：
①接线时一定要按示意图将电表的电路线圈串联在相线上，电压线圈并联在用电设备两端。
②电表的电流线圈和电压线圈的发电机端必须接在电源的同一极性上。
5.电表安装好后，合上隔离开关，开启用电设备，转盘既从左向右转动(点表示通常有转向指示图标);关闭用电设备后转盘有时会有轻微转动，但不超过一圈为正常。
